Staple remover
A staple remover (or staple decleater) is a device for the quick removal of a staple from a material (for example, paper) without causing damage. Unfortunately, this method can tear fragile papers.
Some staplers, mainly small ones, contain an integrated staple remover.
A standard staple remover is constructed of five distinct components:
• two smaller pins
• two plastic grips
• torsion spring
• metal pin axle
• two sets of metal swinging wedges (the blades)
The design is focused on functionality with no unnecessary decoration and minimized number of parts for lower costs and production time.
